Privacy & your information

Trucking Insurance Saver collects the information you choose to provide for a trucking insurance request. Optional analytics and marketing choices are described below.

What this preview saves

The application saves the business and contact information you choose to enter, including operations, coverage preferences, driver and equipment schedules, prior insurance and loss details, notes, and uploaded files or voice recordings. Driver details may include birth dates and license information; provide only information you are authorized to share. Uploaded files are stored privately. A browser session cookie helps associate you with your drafts; signed-in requests are also associated with your account.

Regional quote reminder

The homepage can personalize a short message using your approximate US state. We first ask our hosting network for the state. If it is unavailable, your browser connects directly to IPWHOIS.IO (ipwho.is), which receives your connection IP address and the website origin to provide this lookup. We request only the country, state and lookup status; we do not send your application, contact details, files or cookies to this provider. See the provider’s privacy policy for its processing and retention practices.

Only the resulting state and expiry time are stored in this tab’s session. Successful results are reused for up to ten minutes; failed lookups for one minute. Session storage may retain the expired entry until it is replaced or the tab session ends. This feature does not save your raw IP in our application database or request GPS permission. Network estimates can be wrong with VPNs, mobile connections or travel. They only change the homepage message, never your application or insurance eligibility. If the lookup fails, the message stays general. Hosting providers may process connection data to operate the service.

Optional prefill

A USDOT lookup sends that number to the public FMCSA Company Census. A VIN lookup sends the VIN to NHTSA vPIC. No other application answers or attachments are sent to these lookup providers. Registry information may be out of date; review the company match and imported details. Empty fields can be filled automatically from an exact USDOT match; existing answers are kept. Recent changes made in Motus may take time to appear in the public dataset. Pasted text and CSV schedules are read in your browser, and only applied details become form answers. Importing a contact address never opts it in to advertising. These features use public data and explicit text matching, not AI underwriting.

Voice notes and AI

The microphone is used only after you choose to record and grant permission. You can listen to a recording and discard it before saving it. Automated transcription and document extraction are not connected in this preview. Files and recordings remain attachments for manual review.

Ask Trucking AI

When live AI is enabled and you send a question, your message and recent conversation context are sent through our server to OpenAI to produce an answer. You can choose to include a limited set of form details: company name, USDOT, business state, fleet size, cargo, authority type and requested coverage date. Contact fields, driver schedules and attachments are not automatically sent to chat. Information you type into a message is part of that message, so keep sensitive details out of the conversation.

We request that OpenAI not store the response as application state. OpenAI may retain content in abuse-monitoring logs under its own policies; this is not a promise of zero retention. See OpenAI data controls. The chat transcript is held in page memory and is cleared when you clear the conversation or reload the page. Our application database does not store the transcript. A note or suggested field becomes part of your request only after you review and add it, then save the form.

We keep daily usage counters tied to a day-specific hash of your signed-in identifier or request session to limit abuse and costs, plus counts of predefined question topics and language choices for editorial planning. Usage counters expire from active storage during subsequent chat use after 30 days and topic counts after 90 days. The report shows the last 30 days. It contains no message text, raw IPs, names or contact details. Infrastructure providers may process connection data separately.

AI replies may be incorrect and do not establish prices, coverage or agent availability. Chat cannot submit an application, bind coverage or grant advertising permission. If live AI is disabled, the panel shows that state and offers existing guides and the request form.

Who receives it

Requests are saved in this site's protected workspace. When you confirm the current request notice and submit, we queue an email to Supreme Trucking Insurance at info@supremetruckinginsurance.com through Resend. It contains your name, email, phone, company, USDOT, business state, fleet size, cargo, requested start date and coverage interests, plus a protected request link. Files, driver schedules and free-form notes are not included in the email. Resend processes the message for sending; the recipient and provider may retain email copies. Sending waits until Resend is connected; the request page shows its status. Older requests submitted under the private-preview notice are not emailed automatically. This operational notification is separate from optional marketing permission.

Optional analytics

You can allow or decline analytics using Privacy choices. If allowed, we record public page paths, referrer host, campaign tags, approximate country/state, device category, clicks, form milestones and a random browser-session identifier. We do not record keystrokes, raw IP addresses or full URLs in analytics records. Short-lived, hourly hashes of connection IPs help limit automated event abuse and are removed during later event processing. Your visit can be associated with a request you choose to save. Analytics reports and journeys are available only to the authorized site owner. Events are excluded from active reports after 90 days and older sessions are removed in bounded batches as later events arrive.

If configured, Google Analytics also receives consented public-page and action events. We do not send contact details, driver information, documents or private workspace pages to Google. Google processes connection information under its own policies. Declining analytics does not prevent a request; attribution supplied with a request may still be saved with it. Change your choice to decline to stop further measurement and remove the current local session records. Previously collected Google data follows Google retention settings.

Privacy & SMS terms

Marketing texts from Trucking Insurance Saver require the separate, unchecked SMS consent choice. We record the normalized phone number, wording, notice version and submission time. Consent is not required to request a quote or purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. When texting is connected, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also withdraw permission from your saved request or email info@supremetruckinginsurance.com. No SMS campaigns are sent by the website at this time; a messaging provider and working reply handling must be connected before sending.

Phone ownership is not verified by this form. Withdrawals are honored across requests using a phone-number hash; this minimal opt-out record remains after request deletion. The owner can export only contacts with recorded consent for the selected channel, excluding withdrawals.

Optional email offers

The email offers checkbox starts unchecked. If you choose it and submit, we save the email address, exact notice wording and version, the submitted choice, and the server date and time separately from your quote-request confirmation. Choosing not to opt in does not affect the quote request. New permission covers offers sent by Trucking Insurance Saver about insurance and products and services for your trucking business; it does not authorize marketing by other companies. Older Trucking AI permission is preserved as historical evidence and is not included in the new brand’s export list. No marketing email is sent from the dashboard.

You can withdraw recorded permission from your saved request. An authorized workspace manager can also record an opt-out. Withdrawal suppresses that email across requests without erasing the original choice. A minimal record containing a hash of the normalized email address and the withdrawal time remains after request deletion, so the address is not accidentally added back to marketing lists. The hash is still treated as personal data and is used only to honor the opt-out. Before sending campaigns, an email service with a working unsubscribe mechanism must be connected.

Storage and access

The preview uses Sites hosting with a database for request details and private object storage for attachments. Access to requests and downloads is checked on the server. An explicitly authorized workspace manager can manage requests. Google Analytics runs only if you allow analytics. No session-replay or advertising audience pixels are installed.

Your controls

You can edit a draft, remove an attachment before submission, download your request, or delete the request and its stored attachments in Your requests. Request details, consent evidence, and attachments are removed from active storage when you delete a request, except for the minimal opt-out record described above; deletion does not recall email copies already sent to the agency or Resend, and this preview does not make promises about infrastructure backup retention.

What to leave out

Do not provide Social Security numbers, payment cards, or unnecessary identity documents. Enter driver license information and birth dates only in the relevant application fields or an authorized driver schedule. Share only the information needed for your request.

Before public launch

The operating company, contact details, retention schedule, agency recipients, processing providers, and applicable privacy terms must be finalized. This preview notice describes only the behavior implemented here.
